We are rescheduling our Customer Forum so that our colleagues at the
Institute may participate in any Administrative Professionals' Day
festivities.
Therefore, please join us on Tuesday, April 30, from noon until 1 p.m. in
Room 68-180 for a forum on Renovations and Space Planning sponsored by the
Department of Facilities.
The forum will feature a presentation by David McCormick, structural manager
in Repair Maintenance, and Jan Burke, projects coordinator in Design and
Construction. Dave and Jan will provide information and answer questions
about space changes and renovations. Feel free to bring your lunch; drinks
and dessert will be provided.
Please attend and bring along any others who might be interested. The
meeting is open to all members of the MIT community. If you have any
questions, please contact me at 3-7299 or rtdavis@mit.edu. I hope you will
