Between 9pm and 10pm on Monday, April 22 there will be an outage
of the SIPB server bloom-beacon. During that period of time, no
new news articles will appear on news.mit.edu, UUCP service will
be down, and the following discuss meetings will be unavailable:
charon-bounce
charon-maint
msgs
sipb-fsstnd
This outage will be used to upgrade bloom-beacon to faster hardware.
