Hi,
I am sorry to hear the Athena workstation has taken your CD captive. I looked up that computer in moira, and it appears that is a Sun workstation. In that case, the best thing to do is to unfold a paperclip and stick it into the small circular hole on the front of the CD-ROM drive. At a certain point, if you push enough, it should eject the disc.
I am forwarding your request to the Athena hardware hotline, as we do not support Athena workstations, just Macs and Windows computers. They can fix the hardware problem you have described in this case. In the future, if you have a problem with Athena, I would suggest typing 'olc' at the Athena prompt, emailing olc@mit.edu, or by looking up the answer at http://web.mit.edu/answers/ The answer for this question is located at http://web.mit.edu/answers/workstations/operations_problems.html
Respectfully,

Hi!
I put a CD into the computer, and the door wont'
open any more. :(
I was wondering if someone could take it out for me.
My computer is m66-080-16.mit.edu
Thank you.
