Hi.
I was on the dell quickstation next to the coffee house. (not qstation 3,
the other one).
It stopped responding to keyboard, so I tried unplugging and replugging the
keyboard connector. I accidentally unplugged the mouse first. After that,
neither mouse nor keyboard responded.
The help zephyr instance referred me to you guys.
Some guy just hit reset. (Previously I've been told never to do that on a
workstation--why?)
Please let me know if what happened is ok and if not, what I should have done.
