Hi,
money, the printer in the OLC office (W20-021b) is jamming a lot. This
occurs especially on double-sided printouts, but it also jams fairly
frequently with regular printing. If someone could take a look at it,
that'd be great. We've looked, but we can't find anything causing
this. It's been happening with increasing frequency since about
December...
