Hi there,
The residents of Green have been complaining that the
printer has been jamming chronically and that jobs have
been vanishing.
Could you please take a look at the printer and verify
that there's nothing mechanically wrong with it (let
me know if it needs a maintenance kit or something and
I will pass that information on)?
Also, please lock the settings for the printer. Users
have been modifying them such that it has caused problems.
