Hello Rachel,
I was forwarded your request to replace a printer in your Department.
While, Athena/IS provided many printers initially our renewal
policy/program does not include printers. We will upgrade Athena Systems on
a four year cycle as requested by departments. Printers are the Departments
responsibility. If for some reason your department is unable to purchase a
new printer please let us know the circumstances and we will see if there
is anything we can do. As for removing the other printer from the table,
I'll ensure someone gets to that. Please let me know if you have any other
