This Friday, February 1, from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM, traffic on Vassar
street will be restricted to one lane in a westbound direction. Traffic will
only be permitted from Main St. toward Mass Ave during those hours. However,
two way traffic will be permitted during the rush hours.
The restriction is necessitated by work on the water main along Vassar
Street. The project is scheduled to be completed on Friday, but additional
work may be required depending on the condition of the water main.
