A user just came to the SIPB office saying that her login session on
one of the W20-3xx Quickstations had wedged. The keyboard was being
non-responsive (caps lock did nothing); the mouse moved, but software
didn't seem to respond to mouse clicks.
The user also pointed out that the Quickstation on the left hadn't
booted properly; it was sitting at a text screen, with instructions to
call x3-1410.
