An OLC user was trying to print duplex to the printer macgregor; from
remote queries, it doesn't look like there's a duplexer installed.
Is this unintentional? Now that 5si's have come out of clusters, I'd
expect that an extra duplexer unit might be easier to come by.
If not, let hesreq know, and we'll disable the 'macgregor2' queue.
