Possible problems with the 18.74 subnet

Hi all,
Have received calls that some Athena systems, and other PC's (non Athena
related are failing to reach the net. I have investigated some of these issues
in the 8-240 area. Findings are that some Athena systems on the 18.74 subnet
are fine, others are not. This issue needs to be furher addressed.
