No shit, there I was..
I was sitting in front of w20-575-33.mit.edu (a Dell), emacsing and
incing away, and mid-inc the computer rebooted. I was treated with a
text message, something like "ALERT: Regulator fail", a several second
delay, and then "LILO" and the box came back up. People have been
logging on to it for the past hour or so with no apparent ill effects.
This is just FYI -- I recovered my buffers and mail without any
problems, and the machine doesn't seem to be giving anyone trouble at
the moment. Let me know if you need more information, or if I should
have sent this message somewhere else (or nowhere at all).
