Dear Facilities Customer,
In response to the issues raised by the AAC last year, we have
improved our customer relations activities to include customer
forums. We hope you will be able to attend our next forum on
February 13 from noon until 1:00 in Room 68-180. The agenda will
include a presentation on our recycling initiatives on campus. We
encourage all of our customers to attend these forums and engage in
discussion on Facilities' related issues that concern them.
As John Curry mentioned in the AO/FO meeting this morning, we are
conducting a customer satisfaction survey to get a better idea of how
our services meet your needs. I encourage you to take the survey
http://web.mit.edu/facilities/www/as/satisfaction_survey.html and ask
that you tell your colleagues who also use our services about it as
well.
