problem with printer cyphus in 3-462

Hi --
I think cyphus needs repair. I printed a document to cyphus (MechEng
Athena cluster in 3-462), and found it out of paper from printing
postscript as text. I turned of the printer for 20 seconds or so,
turned it back on, and it started printing multiple copies of my job
page. I shut it off after about 5 header pages. I turned it back off,
dequed my jobs, and then turned cyphus back on, at which point it
started printing multiple copies of the first page from the next job. I
turned it back off after about 5 pages, put a note on it asking people
to keep it off, and called the athena help desk, who in turn suggested I
write to hotline@mit.edu.
