Lou,
I think I've figured out the problem. It appears that you might have
been using the wrong IP address. M37-332-4.MIT.EDU resolves to
18.78.1.66. But your email message says that you were using
18.78.0.55.
As soon as possible, please check the configuration of the Athena
workstation. It should be using 18.78.1.66.
This is important because earlier today, 18.78.0.55 was assigned to
someone else's computer. So if your Athena workstation is still
squatting on that address, it will cause problems for the new owner.
