Concurrent with the usual 6am Sunday AFS restart on Jan. 14, all
servers in the athena.mit.edu AFS cell will upgrade to AFS 3.6. This
upgrade will not affect the usual restart and thus should be user
invisible.
This represents a significant upgrade. We are not expecting any
problems, but if any should arise, please contact ops.
