So this definately wasn't the case on Thursday, but it is the case
today that the cooling unit nearer the door, in the w20 cluster, is
making a loud buzzing noise.
If you pass on a call to plant, could you make sure they understand
very clearly which unit you're talking about? Last week, it was making
no unusual noises when the plant guy showed up, and ops ended up
getting paged, because he didn't know which unit had the problem (and
he'd been directed to w20-575).
