On Tuesday, January 16, the Department of Facilities will host the
second in a series of lunchtime customer relations forums. The first
session, held last month, gave Facilities' customers an opportunity
to learn about our Cleaning Program as well as our Communication
Lines of Access for Service and Information. We invite you to attend
our forums to hear and discuss our initiatives on how we can better
serve our MIT customers.
Date: Tuesday, January 16, 2001
Time: Noon to 1 PM
Location: E25-111
Agenda: 1) Peter Cooper, Director of Utilities, will discuss the
recent gas price increase and how MIT customers can assist in
conservation measures.
2) Introduction of customer satisfaction surveys
Please attend and bring along others who might be interested. The
meeting is open to all members of the MIT community. Feel free to
bring your lunch. Beverages will be provided.
The next forum will be held in February. Further information to follow.
