Concurrent with the usual 6am Sunday AFS restart on Jan. 14, all
servers in the sipb.mit.edu AFS cell will upgrade to AFS 3.6. This
upgrade will not affect the usual restart and thus should be user
invisible. Should any complications occur, announcements will be sent
to the "consult" instance.
