Concurrent with the usual 6am Sunday AFS restart on Jan. 7, all
servers in the dev.mit.edu AFS cell will upgrade to AFS 3.6. This
upgrade will not affect the usual restart and thus should be user
invisible.
As always, status notifications regarding the outage will be
sent to the "consult" instance.
