The Moira database will be unavailable for approximately one
hour beginning at 11pm this coming Friday, 1/5/2001. During this time,
new server binaries will be deployed, and maintenance will be performed
on the database. If all goes well, moira will be back in less than an
hour, but we are scheduling one hour in case of complications.
For those of you who received my earlier mail, this is the
outage that will deploy support for the "billing contact" field for
machine records, and the accompanying change to the output format of
machine records.
