A user walked into the SIPB office today complaining that her machine
(w20-575-35) had crashed while she was using it. The machine was
rebooting and had unclean filesystems, and also the message "Alert!
Regulator failure" displayed immediately before "LILO:", presumably by
the BIOS. I have no idea what "Regulator failure" means, so just
thought you'd like to know.
