Dear Athena:

I have recently been alerted to an error that has cost me considerable
money since I first athenized my O2 workstations.

I am very much hoping that the charges can be refunded.

The machines in question are:

Haramosh	O2	0800690bbfc4

Nanga		O2	08006905e81a

Parbat		O2	08006905e2e9

Ruiz		O2	08006905e685

Cotopaxi	O2	08006905e2eb

Because I purchased these machines with 3 yr hardware support from SGI, I
had asked to set these up for ONLY software support from Athena.

Somehow Parbat was set up correctly, but the other 4 have been charged
hardware maintenance for the last 2 years.  Somehow my financial person let
the additional charge slip through.

I understand it is well too late to recover the funds from '98, but I hope
I can be refunded for the funds from '99.

Also, please make sure all 5 machines are listed as "software only" for the
coming year.
