Dear Everyone:
This is to inform you that the roof will replaced on top of Building
7 beginning Wednesday, July 5 at 7 AM. This work will take place from 7 AM
to 3 PM each weekday for approximately 15 days.
Would you please secure any items in your areas in the event water
or debris might fall on them. We do not anticipate any problems of this sort
but in the event it happens you are prepared.
A dumpster will be located outside Building 7A (Rotch Library) in
the courtyard. There will be a crane located in this area as well. There
will be some hammering and drilling that will occur from time-to-time while
this work is being done.
The work will then progress to the Dome and then Building 5 where
the dumpster will then be moved to the 3 and 5 court area. It is
anticipated that this work will take two to two and one half months from
beginning to end.
