problems with athena printers varan and electra

Hello Athena Hotline,
I am writing to report a problem with the printers
Varan and Electra in the bldg 37 cluster. Electra
seems to be constantly in a paper jam. In fact as
far as I can tell it has only been working about 5%
of the time this whole past semester. Varan is
fairing better but still is down most of the time.
Please find a permanent solution to fixing these
printers. I find it very frustrating that both
printers are down all the time and that there seems
to be no evidence that anyone is trying to fix them.
Like I said before this has been going on for the last
semester. Please fix them.
