Dear Everyone:
I have not heard from most of you concerning this Critical shutdown request
for Wednesday, 6/7 thru Friday, 6/16. I have been advised that this
shutdown must take place because of the critical work that has to be done.
I sent this information to you on Tuesday, May 23 at 11:08 AM.
Air Handler 1 has 6 Chilled Water coils in it. Presently only 2 are
operational and there is extensive structural damage to the coil supports,
etc. Basically there will not be adequate cooling for summer weather.
All 6 coils are being replaced.
If you have any questions pertaining to this, please contact Mr. Warren
Scott at 3-6328.
