Dear Everyone:
You will see 12/30/99 as a date for the above shutdown. Obviously this is
incorrect. I was trying to put in 1/00/00 so that you could see that this
shutdown is open and we would like to have suggestions from you as to a date
and day for this work to be done. The template for shutdowns apparently
didn't care for that and automatically put in 12/30/99.
FYI in the event you think I have lost it.
