Hi. I'd like to report a problem with an Indy workstation located in Rm 5-332.
The machine suddenly stops accepting commands and makes a clicking sound (like its messing with harddrive). These clicks sound every second, and do not stop...ever. When this happens, all my work is lost.
I've only had use of this office for two/three days and it has already seized twice. As I am doing my thesis on this computer, I would appreciate a quick and effective remedy. If this is not possible, please let me know so I can seek alternative computing.
This office is usually locked when I am not there. Thus, if you want to check it out, please send me an email with the time you will come by and I will make
sure to be there.
Thanks,
Matt Howes
