The sipb.mit.edu AFS server ronald-ann.mit.edu will be
unavailable beginning at approximately 11pm on Tuesday, 1/4 due to a
hardware upgrade. The outage is expected to last approximately 1
hour. During this time, users may experience
"lost contact with volume location server 18.181.0.23 in cell sipb.mit.edu"
messages in their consoles, but all data stored on ronald-ann is
replicated, and clients should fall back to other servers. Status
updates for this outage will be sent to the consult instance.
