Tonight (Wednesday night) moira will be down from 10PM until 6AM for
the annual purge of users who were deactivated last IAP. With luck
everythign will be back before 4AM, but it is quite possible that the
outage will last until 6. The DCMs (nightly updates) will happen, but
will be delayed until after the purge is complete.
