Dear Athena Representative,
Athena printer VARAN for the Bldg. 37 public cluster is experiencing
repeated paper jams, in spite of reloading the paper, riffling the
paper, changing the source tray, cycling the power, etc. At present
the diagnostic reports a paper jam which I'm unable to find, and I've
powered it down.
