Greetings. My apologies for sending this announcement late, and thanks
to Abby Fox for reminding me to send it at all.
Every semester during the last week of classes and finals week Athena
Consultants open up the electronic classrooms during times when they are
not being used for classes to make additional workstations available to
MIT students. Additionally, members of the SIPB are assisting in this
effort as well to compensate for the current understaffing Athena
Consulting is experiencing.
Staffing of the electronic classrooms began this past weekend. The
students staffing the classrooms all know to vacate the room should it
be needed for a last-minute class, and to keep an eye on the on-line
schedule for any changes. they will also chaperon users in the cluster
to make sure cluster rules of use are observed.
