I've got a very vague report from an OLC user that the printer thesis
has been having trouble since yesterday.
Since it's a high priority service, could someone take a look at it?
Remote queries indicate that the top job in the queue was removed
unfinished, and that the hardware is still displaying the username of a
different job.
