I've sent 2 or 3 emails over the course of weeks already about the
double-sided queue for ceres. I haven't heard a word about it, nor is
it fixed. I'd appreciate hearing what the timetable is for the fix.

Right now, ajax is down, fiber's out of toner, pulp is down, ceres
can't print double-sided, the queue for python is 25 jobs long (>15
due to one miserable person), it's almost 2:00 in the morning and I
just want my printout.

Aside from the fact that I want to conserve trees by using both sides
of the page, you might not realize this is an issue, but the
instructor in one of my classes recently chastised those students who
haven't been handing in double-sided printouts for wasting trees. So
you see, students' grades actually depend on printing double-sided.
So this is an important thing for you to fix.

Please please please just fix it or let me know that these messages
aren't being circular-filed.

Thank you.
