Between midnight and 1AM on Monday night / Tuesday morning, the AFS
protection database (prdb) for the Athena cell will be resyncronized
with moira. This is a step in the process of purging the users who
were deactivated last January. During the resyncronization process,
changes made to groups in moira will not be immediately propogated
into AFS (they won't be lost, just delayed). There will alos be a
couple minute slowdown of the Athena cell, as the new prdb is slipped
into place. The consult zephyr instance will receive updates as the
resync progresses.
