BC called me. We have replaced several parts in this machine for the
same jamming problem in the past two months. We will not fix it on site. I
believe that the frame is warped due to the idiotic method of the security
pads. Have informed BC of this to pass along to customer. If it needs
to be fixed, we need to take it away.
