Along with this weekend's AFS restart, the dev.mit.edu AFS cell will
be upgraded to AFS 3.5. We expect this to have no user visiable
impact, and we do not expect it to extend the length of the outage.
This mail is just an FYI, in case something weird happens.
As an aside, people may recall that in the past The AFS restart has
interacted poorly with the time change that occurs this weekend. We
are currently running a version of AFS that is suppoed to have this
problem fixed, but this will be the first time we've actually crossed
a time change since the fix was installed.
