Dear Everyone:
Would it be possible to have an Emergency shutdown for Bldg. E56 - 2nd floor
South, 1st and ground floors this coming Saturday (10/30) at 7 AM through
Monday at 7 AM (11/1)?
There are leaks in the duct work which affect Air Handler 1 that must be
repaired. This would affect supply ventilation, supply heating and supply
cooling on those floors specified above.
The repair work would take 48 hours and the Facilities Department thought it
would be better to do this work over a weekend so as not to interfere with
anyone's work.
Would you please let me know your thoughts at your earliest convenience.
