color-4-035 is working now. For reference, the problem was that
the printer spool directory appears to have been created owned by
root:other, making it unwriteable to user daemon (daemon:daemon is the
correct ownership of the spool directories). I've chown'ed the
directory and the accounting/log files in it, and confirmed that the
printer now processes jobs.

Ops: There are a few other printers with spool dirs owned by root:other,
namely ceres (on io), odrscprinter (on mulch), and cfcs (on fiber).
ceres's spool on io and odrscprinter were both created recently, and
cfcs has been having problems for a while now. I suspect there might
be a bug somewhere in the way spools are being created, but haven't had
time to track it down. I've left ceres in the state I found it for now
so someone can try to debug the problem.
