The 66.00.15 error means that there was a power failure or AC power
supply disconnection on the External Paper Handling device. It can be caused
by the power plug coming lose or the C-Link cable falling off.
If it happens again, the manual says that the error message may mean
short-term AC power failures. I would replace the External Power Supply
