Hi;

I'm having a problem with the HP LaserJet 5siMX in NW10 (Edgerton
House).  Only blank pages are being printed.  I tried installing a new
genuine HP toner cartridge, but this did not fix the problem -- even
the test page (when printed from the control panel) comes up
completely blank.

Please let me know what I should do.
