Dear Athena:
You will note I have sent this request to several addresses, in hopes of
reaching the right people. If there is a single address I should use in
future, please let me know.
Late last Spring I "athenized" one of my private O2 workstations (Parbat,
18.1.83.186, Rm 54-1017) as a trial run to integrate Athena with the
computer network in my laboratory. Everything has run smoothly.
At this point I would like to go ahead with the athenization of the
remaining O2 workstations in the lab:
Cotopaxi, 18.83.1.193, Rm 54-823
Ruiz, 18.83.1.188, Rm 54-823
Nanga, 18.83.1.185, Rm 54-1017
Haramosh, 18.83.1.187, Rm 54-1017
Plus one Indy R4400 workstation (64MB memory)
Alfalfa, 18.83.1.9, Rm 54-1017
The sooner this can be done, the better (as always).
Please let me know what we need to do on this end to make this happen, also
please provide me with an estimate on when it will be feasible to have the
athenization done.
Thanks
Kelin Whipple
ps. Is Athena on the O2s still in Beta, or has it now been officially
"rolled out"?
