NOTICE

	Please forward this information to your department personnel.

	The Repair and Maintenance section of Physical Plant will be
updating their voice mail tree over the next few days.
Telecommunications is working with us on this effort.  If you experience
problems contacting the Local Zones during this time, please call 3-4948
(FIXIT).

	Once on line, the new voice mail tree will provide the following
options:

1.	To report routine requests by voice mail
2.	To report an emergency or a problem that requires an immediate
response
3.	To speak to someone directly between the hours of 7 am and 3 pm
Monday through Friday
4.	To leave a message for a team member

		As you can see, we have added the option to speak to
someone directly.  This is a direct result of feedback received from our
customers.  However, please make a note that this option will only be
available between the hours of 7 am and 3 pm Monday through Friday.  If
you wish to speak to someone directly and you are calling outside of
these hours, please select the first option and leave a voice mail
message.  Someone will call you back at the start of the next workday.
If you need to speak to someone immediately, select the second option.
Your call will be forwarded to the Operator on duty in the Operations
Center after hours.
