Person by the name of Jenny left vmail on 1410 stating
that the systems cfd4 and scotland had "lost power when
they were taking the release" and now both are unusable.
However she does not want software reinstalled because
they have info the hd's. CSR's can only reinstall is there
anything ops can do to help her?
