Sometime shortly after midnight Wednesday (7/1) morning (late Tuesday
Night), we will be upgrading the Athena AFS top level volume server hecate.
Users may experience 'connection timed out messages' but all data on hecate
is replicated so their workstations should fall back relatively painlessly.
