Medea was having jamming problems. Jamming in Duplex mode, but
the jams were such that the printer was putting out 13.1 error messages
instead of duplex jam messages. replaced duplex assembly and it's
peachy keen now.

Kyle,
Ole buddy.
Could ya take a look at Medea in 4-035? It's a 4si that has been a jammin
like crazy. JJ unclogged it this morning and then i had to do the same only a
short time later. It appears to be jammed again with 13.1 internal jam. When
I cleared it earlier, this 13.1 message was then followed up by a series of
"duplex jams".
Thanka kindly
bs
