Hi;
We have a Sparc5 in the ATIC lab (11-103, call before you come at 3-7808)
that periodically stops functioning with a message that says, "Panic --
asynchronous memory fault." It then tries to resync and gives up saying
"Cannot sync -- giving up," and reboots itself. This has happened a number
of times over the past month or so. There haven't been any new software
installs or anything. Can someone take a look at it? Please call before
you come, to make sure someone's here to let you in.
Machine name is strayhorn.mit.edu and IP address is 18.81.1.18.
Thanks,
Kathy

This system is going to need a replacement SIMM. for sometimes when
you do a test-all it give a Physical address error.
I can't replace the SIMM today because there is nobody here to disarm
the Audible alarm.
