Printer Bookmark, a 4si, was called in as having jams in the duplex.
I replaced the duplex assembly, but could not test the machine. The duplex
option is turned off in the menus, which are locked. If I try to print
a duplex job via Athena, it says "Printer requires kerbereos
authentication." Please check it out and verify duplex operation.
