Guys,
Helios was reported with a 13.1 jam problem. The problem turned
out to be the duplex assembly. As the paper was leaving the duplexer, it
was getting hung up in the output asembly, causing a 13.1 error, as
opposed to getting hung up in the middle of the duplexer, which would
generate a 13.3 error.

P.S. This will also affect another repair. The printer in E53-228, the
electronic clasroom in Dewey Library, also needs a duplexer. I ordered
one overnight on Friday, so it will be here Monday. I will do that
as soon as I have the part.
