Critical time will start, so I've heard, Saturday morning the
2nd of May at 9AM. Critical time hours are 8AM to 8PM on weekdays and
9AM to 5PM on weekends. Either I or Jim will have the phone on when PC
Service's number is on voice-mail.

	Options to call are:

	1. PC Service main line at x3-0815 during business hours.
(8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday)

	2. Cell phone (617) 719-2619. This also has the walkie-talkie
option.

Response time is 4 hours. I have two calls in the queue now that
will be taken care of Saturday morning.

Helios in 56-129 needs either a duplexer or output assembly. I
need to down the machine for about an hour. That didn't seem to be the
best option since the cluster was full and the printer was queued up with
several jobs. I may not have gotten out alive.

The second job is the printer in the electronic classroom in
E53-228. There was a class there this afternoon. I will do that Saturday
AM as well. That's probably also a duplexer.
